WHO:  I’m a wife and mom of five human children and three dog children.  For the longest time that has been my basic introduction; on Facebook, Amazon, Etsy, WordPress, Twitter, etc. What else….I enjoy photography, cooking, reading, and a big variety of music. I love chocolate, eat pasta almost every day, and have yet to meet a cheese I don’t like.

WHAT:  Every day adventures from a very full house. I often joke that I’m going to write a book called You Can’t Make This Shit Up

WHERE:  I’m originally from Michigan; moved to Maryland in 2002 after almost a year in Ontario. Very much like living here and don’t plan on moving any time soon.

WHEN:  Adopted our first pit bull mix in 2008 shortly after we bought our first house.

WHY:  Back Seat View was (is) my first blog. I enjoy sharing the rides and photos, enjoy comments from my followers and folks who randomly stumble upon my blog. The fact is that is wasn’t really me. After dealing with some health issues and a brief hospitalization early fall 2012 I made some changes in my life. Focusing a blog on something that is me and a big part of my life was one of those changes.

  1. Love your photos and I look forward to checking out more of your blog. I bet there’s never a dull moment in your household with all the kids and the dogs!!

  2. Hello from Brisbane, Australia. I found your blog during the the weekly photo challenge. I always go and read the About section to see if the theme would be one I would be interested in and therefore follow — so I will be. Cheers! 🙂
